ASV Membership

ASV memberships are by calendar year, applications received after October 1 will be applied toward the next year.

Active Veterinarian
    

Open to any licensed veterinarian. Active members receive the ASV Annual Report and are welcome to participate on the sheltervet list serve offered through Yahoo Groups. Click here to sign up with the sheltervet Yahoo group if you are already an ASV active member.
Dues are $75 per calendar year.
Applications received after October 1 will be applied toward the next year.
Veterinary Student
    

Open to students of an accredited school of veterinary medicine. Student members receive the ASV Annual Report and are welcome to participate on the sheltervet list serve offered through Yahoo Groups. Click here to sign up with the sheltervet Yahoo group if you are already an ASV student member.
Dues are $5 per calendar year.
Student Chapter
    

Students enrolled in Colleges of Veterinary Medicine that do not have a current student chapter of the Association of Shelter Veterinarians are encouraged to form a chapter at their institution. Please click here for information on starting a student chapter. Student chapters will receive the ASV Annual Report and are welcome to participate on the sheltervet list serve offered through Yahoo Groups. Each student chapter will be permitted one Yahoo User ID to share with members of the chapter.
Dues are $40/year

Affiliate Member
    

Open to any non veterinarian. Affiliate members will receive the ASV Annual Report.
Dues are $15 per calendar year.
